Osamu Yada serves as the personal trainer for Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto. As the director ofYada Clinicand the representative ofKinetic Forum, he coaches many top athletes.

My training philosophy centers on the efficient use of the kinetic chain rather than simple muscle hypertrophy. By focusing on thoracic mobility and core integration, I achieve a balance of explosive power and fluid, injury-resistant movement.

I have worked closely with Yoshinobu Yamamoto as his personal trainer since his early career in Japan, supporting him through his historic three consecutive Sawamura Awards and his full-time challenge in Major League Baseball (MLB). The device that condenses this method is the KINETIC LAB-LINK.
