As the director ofYada Clinicand the representative ofKinetic Forum, he coaches many top athletes.

My training philosophy centers on the efficient use of the kinetic chain rather than simple muscle hypertrophy. By focusing on thoracic mobility and core integration, I achieve a balance of explosive power and fluid, injury-resistant movement.
